Is it time to Re-Energize? When should I come back in?

(This is for the folks who havent been in for some time! We often get messages from people who havent been in for some timed wonder if they should come back in.)

Chiropractic care is not only effective in treating acute pain and injuries, but it is also highly beneficial for those seeking long-term maintenance and preventive care. In fact, maintenance is one of the top reasons people visit chiropractors. This type of care can help people who have already received treatment for pain to continue to feel great moving forward. It can also serve as a preventative treatment to avoid joint and spinal pain in the future for people who are tough on their bodies.

After receiving chiropractic treatment for pain or injury, many patients choose to continue with maintenance care. This type of care involves regular adjustments to help keep the spine in proper alignment and prevent future problems from arising. By receiving regular adjustments, patients can help to maintain the progress made during their initial treatment, and avoid experiencing a relapse of their symptoms. Additionally, maintenance care can help to reduce the likelihood of future injuries and pain, as well as improve overall health and wellness.

What are some of the benefits of Maintenance Care?

Chiropractic maintenance is not only beneficial for those who have already received treatment for pain, but it can also be helpful for those looking to maintain overall health and wellness.

Chiropractic maintenance care, which involves regular chiropractic visits to maintain spinal health, has several potential benefits, including:

-Pain relief: Regular chiropractic adjustments can help relieve chronic pain in the back, neck, and other areas of the body.

-Improved range of motion: Chiropractic care can help improve joint mobility, flexibility, and range of motion, which can enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury.

-Better posture: Poor posture can lead to a range of health problems, including back pain, headaches, and fatigue. Regular chiropractic care can help improve posture and alleviate related symptoms.

-Reduced stress: Chiropractic adjustments can help reduce tension and stress in the body, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

-Enhanced immune function: Chiropractic care has been shown to improve immune function, which can help prevent illness and disease.

-Improved sleep: Many patients report improved sleep quality and duration after receiving chiropractic care.

Chiropractic maintenance is not a one-size-fits-all treatment, as each patient's needs will differ. The frequency of maintenance care will depend on the patient's individual health status, lifestyle, and goals. Some patients may only require monthly adjustments, while others may benefit from bi-weekly or bi-monthly care. We generally recommend a maintenance visit once every one to 3 months. It's important for patients to discuss their goals and concerns with their chiropractor to determine the best course of treatment.

If you have already been through the Active(intensive) Care phase of your treatment , it is possible to come back in for single visits(60€) as needed or with a membership option that suits you. (We started the memberships recently; so if you have never heard of it ask Patrick!)

Chiropractic maintenance is an essential aspect of overall health and wellness. Whether you are looking to prevent future pain and injuries or maintain the progress made during your initial treatment, regular adjustments can be highly beneficial. By working with a qualified chiropractor and developing an individualized treatment plan, patients can experience improved health and wellness, reduced pain and injuries, and an overall higher quality of life!
